The Transformation Agenda

Any keen watcher of the news media in Nigeria would have come across the term 'Transformation Agenda' many times. What does this term really mean . The Nigerian President explains that it is the production of a paradigm shift while making the best use of  what we have.
For those of us who don't hold PhD's in The Use of English I took the liberty of consulting a dictionary and found out that the president wants to bring about a radical change in the way things are perceived in Nigeria using what we have . You might wonder with me what it is that we have?
